The PreOrder Importation Referral Program allows approved PreOrder Associates to recommend and promote products available through PreOrderImportation.com and earn commissions from qualifying and verified sales generated through their approved referral activities.
Associates may promote products using their unique:

*Promotional content;
*Product images and videos;
*Other marketing resources provided or approved by PreOrderImportation.com.
The Referral Program is intended to facilitate genuine product recommendations and customer referrals. It is not intended to encourage misleading advertising, spam, fraudulent activity, artificial traffic, or deceptive promotional practices.
2. 🌍 ELIGIBILITY
The Referral Program is open to applicants worldwide, subject to applicable laws, regulations, program requirements, and approval by PreOrderImportation.com.
Applicants may include individuals, creators, influencers, marketers, business owners, community leaders, publishers, website owners, content creators, shoppers, and other persons or organizations capable of making legitimate product recommendations.
Approval is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate an application or participation where we reasonably determine that doing so is necessary to protect customers, Associates, the Referral Program, PreOrderImportation.com, or compliance with applicable requirements.
3. 🆓 APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATION
Application to the Referral Program is free unless expressly stated otherwise by PreOrderImportation.com.
Associates must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
An applicant must not:
*Provide false or misleading registration information;
*Register using another person's identity without authorization;
*Create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits;
*Impersonate another Associate, customer, employee, representative, or organization;
*Attempt to manipulate the Referral Program through duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
An applicant becomes a PreOrder Associate only after registration has been approved by PreOrderImportation.com.
4. 🔗 REFERRAL LINKS AND COUPON CODES
Approved Associates may receive a unique referral link and/or referral coupon code.
Referral links and coupon codes are provided for legitimate promotional use and must not be altered, manipulated, concealed, or presented in a manner that could mislead customers.
Associates are responsible for ensuring that customers understand that the Associate is referring or recommending products from PreOrderImportation.com.
Where applicable, customers may use either an Associate's referral link or approved referral coupon code to identify the referral.
A referral may be subject to tracking technology, including cookies or other attribution mechanisms.
5. 🕐 60-DAY REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION PERIOD
The Referral Program uses a 60-day referral attribution period for eligible referral-link activity.
Where a shopper clicks an Associate's valid referral link, the referral may remain attributable to that Associate for up to 60 days, subject to the applicable tracking system, attribution rules, technical limitations, and other program conditions.
A referral is not guaranteed to result in a commission merely because a customer clicked a referral link.
Where multiple referral sources, tracking events, devices, browsers, accounts, coupon codes, or other attribution factors are involved, PreOrderImportation.com may determine the applicable attribution in accordance with its tracking records and reasonable program rules.
6. 💰 DIRECT REFERRAL COMMISSIONS
Approved Associates may earn a 10% direct referral commission on qualifying and verified sales attributable to their approved referral activities, subject to this Policy and the applicable Referral Program rules.
Commission is calculated according to the original qualifying order value and the applicable commission rules of the Referral Program.
A commission is not earned merely because:
*A referral link is clicked;
*A coupon code is shared;
*A customer visits the website;
*A customer creates an account;
*A customer adds an item to a cart; or
*An order is subsequently canceled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise determined not to qualify.
Only qualifying and verified sales are commissionable.
7. 👥 FIRST-LEVEL REFERRAL COMMISSION
Where the Referral Program provides for team or multi-level referral earnings, an approved Associate may receive a 5% commission on the commission earned by an eligible first-level sub-referrer/referral partner directly introduced through the Associate's referral structure.
This additional commission is calculated on the qualifying commission earned by the applicable first-level referral partner, not as an additional 5% of the customer's entire order value.
No Associate may create, operate, or participate in an unauthorized referral network designed to manipulate attribution, commissions, traffic, or customer activity.
8. 🧾 QUALIFIED AND VERIFIED SALES
A “Qualified Sale” or “Verified Sale” means a genuine customer transaction that:
1). Is properly attributable to an approved Associate;
2). Is completed through an accepted referral method;
3). Is not fraudulent or artificially generated;
4). Is not the result of prohibited promotional activity;
5). Remains valid under the applicable order and customer terms;
6). Satisfies any applicable verification requirements; and
7). Is not disqualified under this Policy or other applicable Referral Program rules.
PreOrderImportation.com may delay commission confirmation while an order is being reviewed or verified.
9. ↩️ CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REVERSALS
A commission associated with an order may be withheld, reversed, adjusted, or canceled where the related order is:
*Canceled;
*Refunded;
*Returned;
*Reversed;
*Fraudulent;
*Disputed;
*Unpaid;
*Artificially generated; or
*Otherwise determined not to be a qualifying sale.
If a commission was previously credited and the underlying sale is subsequently reversed or determined to be invalid, PreOrderImportation.com may deduct or offset the corresponding commission from future eligible earnings, where permitted by applicable law.
10. 🚚 CUSTOMER BENEFIT
Customers who make qualifying purchases through an approved Associate's referral link or referral coupon code may qualify for FREE worldwide shipping on orders of $100 or more, subject to the applicable shopping, shipping, product, destination, and program conditions.
The Associate must not promise, guarantee, or misrepresent shipping availability, delivery times, discounts, refunds, or other customer benefits beyond what is officially offered by PreOrderImportation.com.
11. 🔥 PRODUCTS ASSOCIATES MAY PROMOTE
Associates may promote products made available for promotion through PreOrderImportation.com, subject to product availability and any promotional restrictions communicated by us.
Associates may promote:
*Winning products;
*Fast-moving products;
*Trending products;
*Daily essentials;
*Gadgets;
*Fashion products;
*Home products;
*Beauty products; and
*Other eligible products listed on the store.
A product's inclusion in the Referral Program does not guarantee that it will remain available, remain in stock, remain at a particular price, or continue to qualify for promotion.
12. 📢 TRUTHFUL AND TRANSPARENT PROMOTION
Associates must promote products honestly and accurately.
Associates must not:
*Make false or misleading claims;
*Invent product specifications;
*Misrepresent product performance;
*Claim benefits that are not officially supported;
*Create fake reviews or testimonials;
*Pretend to be a customer when they are not;
*Make false scarcity claims;
*Misrepresent prices or discounts;
*Guarantee delivery dates without authorization;
*Guarantee refunds or outcomes;
*Make unsupported health, financial, safety, environmental, or performance claims;
*Modify official product information in a materially misleading way.
All promotional statements should accurately reflect the information made available by PreOrderImportation.com or the applicable product listing.
13. 💎 DISCLOSURE OF THE REFERRAL RELATIONSHIP
Associates must clearly and honestly disclose their relationship with the Referral Program where required by applicable law, platform rules, advertising standards, or the circumstances of the promotion.
Associates must not imply that they are:

*Owners of PreOrderImportation.com;
*Official customer-service representatives;
*Authorized company representatives beyond the authority actually granted to them; or
*Personally guaranteeing the products, services, prices, shipping, or policies of PreOrderImportation.com.
Associates should use clear language such as:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my referral link or coupon code.”
Associates are responsible for complying with disclosure requirements applicable to their location and promotional channel.
14. 🚫 SPAM AND UNSOLICITED PROMOTION
Associates must not use their referral links or coupon codes for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited promotional activity.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
*Bulk unsolicited email;
*Spam messages;
*Mass unsolicited direct messages;
*Automated unsolicited communications;
*Harassment;
*Repeated unwanted promotional contact;
*Purchased or harvested contact lists used unlawfully;
*Misleading subject lines;
*Deceptive sender information;
*Fake accounts created for promotional purposes;
*Promotional activity that violates a platform's rules.
Associates are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam, electronic communications, advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and marketing laws.
Shopify's own referral policies similarly prohibit spam and require participants to comply with applicable marketing laws.
15. 🤖 ARTIFICIAL OR FRAUDULENT TRAFFIC
Associates must not generate or encourage artificial traffic, clicks, orders, leads, or conversions.
The following activities are prohibited:
*Bots;
*Automated clicks;
*Click farms;
*Fake accounts;
*Fake orders;
*Self-referrals intended to generate commissions;
*Cookie stuffing;
*Hidden tracking mechanisms;
*Forced clicks;
*Misleading redirects;
8Traffic manipulation;
*Fake engagement;
*Fraudulent transactions;
*Any other method designed to artificially increase commissions or referral activity.
Traffic and sales generated through prohibited methods may be excluded from commission calculations.
Shopify's referral policies expressly identify fraudulent traffic, bots, cookie stuffing, false links, and deceptive redirects as prohibited practices.
16. 💻 PAID ADVERTISING
Associates may use paid advertising only where such advertising is permitted by PreOrderImportation.com and by the applicable advertising platform.
Associates must not:
*Create advertisements that impersonate PreOrderImportation.com;
*Mislead users into believing an advertisement is an official company advertisement when it is not;
*Use deceptive landing pages;
*Use misleading redirects;
*Bid on trademarks or protected brand terms where prohibited;
*Use prohibited keywords or advertising practices;
*Engage in advertising practices that violate applicable platform rules or laws.
PreOrderImportation.com may restrict specific advertising channels, keywords, campaigns, or traffic sources at any time.
17. 🌐 SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Associates may promote products through social media, websites, blogs, messaging platforms, communities, video platforms, and other permitted channels.
However, Associates must comply with the rules of each platform they use.
If a platform prohibits commercial promotion, referral links, coupon codes, or self-promotion in a particular community, the Associate must not use the Referral Program there in violation of those rules.
Associates are responsible for their own accounts, content, audiences, and promotional activity.
18. 🛡️ TRADEMARKS, BRANDING AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Associates may use promotional materials, logos, images, videos, product information, and other brand assets specifically provided or authorized by PreOrderImportation.com for Referral Program purposes.
Associates must not:
*Modify official logos in a misleading manner;
*Register domains containing PreOrderImportation.com or confusingly similar brand names without written authorization;
*Create websites that impersonate the official store;
*Suggest an unauthorized corporate relationship;
*Copy the store's website in a way that creates customer confusion;
*Use copyrighted materials without authorization;
*Use third-party trademarks or content unlawfully.
Any permission to use promotional materials is limited to legitimate Referral Program promotion and may be withdrawn at any time.
19. 🎨 MARKETING MATERIALS AND SUPPORT
PreOrderImportation.com may provide Associates with promotional resources including:

*Promotional graphics;
*Marketing copy;
*Product information;
*Referral guidance;
*AI-assisted content tools;

Associates may use these resources only for legitimate Referral Program promotion and must not use them to create misleading, unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
We may update, replace, restrict, or withdraw promotional materials at any time.
20. 🔐 CUSTOMER PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Associates must respect the privacy of customers and prospective customers.
Associates must not collect, purchase, sell, share, publish, or misuse customer personal information obtained through Referral Program activities unless they have a lawful basis and appropriate authorization to do so.
Associates must not request sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
Associates must also comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.
The Referral Program does not give an Associate ownership of customer information belonging to PreOrderImportation.com.
21. 💳 COMMISSION PAYMENTS
Referral commissions are calculated and processed according to the applicable Referral Program terms.
Commissions are paid in United States Dollars (USD) through available approved payment methods, subject to applicable eligibility, verification, qualification, minimum payout, and payment requirements.
A commission may remain pending during the applicable qualification and verification period.
The applicable payout schedule and minimum payment requirements communicated to Associates form part of the Referral Program terms.
Commissions become payable after the applicable qualification period of the 15th day of every month and when the Associate satisfies the program's minimum monthly payout requirement of 1,000 US dollars, subject to the applicable payout schedule.
22. ⏳ COMMISSION QUALIFICATION PERIOD
Referral commissions are subject to a qualification period intended to allow time for order verification and to account for cancellations, refunds, returns, disputes, fraudulent activity, and other circumstances that may affect whether a sale remains commissionable.
For the current Referral Program, commissions are subject to the applicable two-month qualification period for each purchase order.
Only commissions that remain eligible after the applicable qualification and verification process become payable.
23. 💰 TAXES AND PERSONAL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Associates are responsible for determining and complying with any tax, reporting, registration, or other financial obligations applicable to commissions they receive.
PreOrderImportation.com does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice to Associates.
Where required by applicable law, we may request information necessary for payment processing, identity verification, tax reporting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
24. 🛑 PROHIBITED SELF-REFERRALS
Associates must not manipulate the Referral Program by creating referrals for themselves or using accounts, identities, devices, payment methods, or other arrangements designed primarily to generate commissions from their own purchases.
A transaction may be disqualified where PreOrderImportation.com reasonably determines that the Associate was the true beneficiary of the transaction in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Referral Program.
25. ⚠️ ACCOUNT REVIEW AND INVESTIGATION
PreOrderImportation.com may review referral activity where we identify unusual, suspicious, disputed, fraudulent, or potentially prohibited activity.
During a review, we may:
*Place commissions on hold;
*Request additional information;
*Delay payment;
*Exclude questionable transactions;
*Reverse invalid commissions;
*Restrict promotional activity; or
*Suspend access to the Referral Program.
Associates agree to cooperate reasonably with legitimate investigations.
26. 🚫 SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
PreOrderImportation.com may suspend or terminate an Associate's participation where we reasonably determine that the Associate:
*Violated this Policy;
*Violated applicable store terms;
*Engaged in fraud;
*Generated artificial traffic;
*Used spam;
*Misled customers;
*Misused promotional materials;
*Misrepresented the company or its products;
*Violated applicable law;
*Violated a third-party platform's rules;
*Attempted to manipulate commissions; or
*Engaged in conduct that may damage customers, Associates, the Referral Program, or PreOrderImportation.com.
We may also suspend or terminate participation where necessary for operational, legal, security, compliance, or business reasons.
27. 💸 EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon termination, an Associate must immediately stop representing themselves as a PreOrder Associate and discontinue use of Referral Program promotional materials, links, coupon codes, and other program resources where instructed.
Commissions associated with valid, verified, and eligible transactions completed before termination may remain payable subject to the applicable qualification and payment rules.
However, commissions associated with fraudulent, prohibited, reversed, canceled, refunded, or otherwise invalid activity may be withheld or reversed.
28. 🔄 PROGRAM CHANGES
PreOrderImportation.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Referral Program.
Changes may include modifications to:
*Commission rates;
*Qualification requirements;
*Referral attribution;
*Promotional benefits;
*Customer offers;
*Payment methods;
*Payment schedules;
*Minimum payout requirements;
*Eligible products;
*Marketing channels;
*Referral tools; and
*Other program conditions.
Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the Referral Program website, Associate dashboard, email, or other reasonable communication channels.
Continued participation after an applicable policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
29. 📋 NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS
Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee any particular level of income, sales, customers, commissions, or financial results.
Earnings depend on factors including product demand, customer interest, promotional activity, audience reach, conversion rates, market conditions, product availability, and other factors beyond the control of PreOrderImportation.com.
Associates should not make earnings guarantees or misleading income claims when promoting the Referral Program.
30. 🧭 INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP
A PreOrder Associate participates as an independent referral partner and is not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint-venture partner, legal representative, or authorized spokesperson of PreOrderImportation.com unless expressly agreed in writing.
Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture.
Associates are responsible for their own business activities, promotional methods, expenses, taxes, legal obligations, and compliance responsibilities.
31. ⚖️ COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PLATFORM RULES
Associates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, consumer-protection requirements, privacy requirements, anti-spam rules, intellectual-property requirements, and third-party platform policies applicable to their activities.
Associates must also comply with the applicable terms governing their use of Shopify and other platforms they use to promote the Referral Program.
Shopify states that merchants are responsible for complying with applicable laws, Shopify's agreements, its Acceptable Use Policy, and relevant channel rules.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to override mandatory rights or legal protections that apply to customers or Associates under applicable law.
32. 🔒 PRIVACY AND REFERRAL TRACKING
Referral activity may involve the processing of information necessary to attribute referrals, operate the program, prevent fraud, calculate commissions, provide support, and administer payments.
Such processing is subject to the applicable privacy practices and policies of PreOrderImportation.com and the technologies or service providers used to operate the Referral Program.
Associates should direct customers to the applicable privacy information where required.
33. 📞 SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
Associates may contact the designated PreOrder Importation Referral Program support team for questions concerning:

35. ✂️ SEVERABILITY

36. 📄 ENTIRE REFERRAL PROGRAM POLICY

Where there is a conflict between this Policy and a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.

By registering for, applying to, or participating in the PreOrder Importation Referral Program, you confirm that:
